Hey y'all!  My get up and go has got up and went!  How about you?

I slept in and chose not to do my elliptical workout, but have gotten in 2 walks so far.  I'm about to head out and get one more 20 minute walk to call it close enough for today.  I'm tired of being cold and hungry, for Pete's sake!     Gimme some 40s or 50s please!  I'm soooo tired of walking in 20-30 degree weather.

Tomorrow is time to get back in the swing of things.  I got thrown by my weekend trip out of town.  We didn't eat with any regularity (as in little more than coffee until 4 pm on Sunday--not good!), and I just feel out of sorts as a result.

Hopefully the grocery store won't be crowded with ice storm fearing Nashvillians so I can get stuff and make a pot of chili tonight.  And tomorrow, no excuses:  back on the elliptical!

What have you done to move today?

Lets see, I got the kids on the bus this morning and came home and took a nap on the couch. I needed it! I got up and scrubbed all 3 bathrooms right down to hands and knees floor cleaning. They are CLEAN!!!!

Tonight I will go to work, probably for about 4 hours. Lots of bending, lifting and stretching.

Hmmm, my guess is the only way I'd get my bathroom  floor "hands and knees," clean would be if I slipped getting out of the shower!  HA!  All the wiggling and dragging myself upright would probably do the job!

I don't know how many calories doing laundry does, but hopefully a few more than vegging on the couch, which is what I really wanna do!

Have fun at work!

 Great job, Bob L!

Does lifting my puppy off the back of the couch and setting her on the floor (repeat 20x because she keeps climbing back up there!) count??  I think I can bench press my biggest corgi.  Maybe.

I did my usual rounds around to all my classrooms today checking on kids.

Then I took the kids to the gym today and we all walked enough laps to equal 1 mile.  My students are so not into Ms. Amy's new health kick, because I make them get the veggies and fruits and try them and not just load up on the french fries and other carbs offered in the school lunch.

After I got home, Connor and I took a walk up to Papa and Grandma's.

I just got off of 30 minutes on the bike and 6 miles on a pre-programmed mountain ride.

Besides the new 1 mile in the gym which I am planning on adding to my daily routine because listening to the kids whine is so much fun!!  (snicker)  This is pretty much my M-F exercise routine.  The weekends, weather permitting I do a mile walk up and down the road.  Lately the weather has not been cooperating so it has just been the bike and trying to entertain a two year old with cabin fever!!

Ok...  so who is next with their report??

You are doing so well with your workouts, Amy!

Love the image of your kiddies trudging in circles around the gym, whining the whole way!  Awwwww, do we HAVE TO???

You and Connor will need ice skates to walk the driveway tomorrow!  I am hoping for ice so I can sleep in and still exercise before I have to go in.  Best of both worlds!

Keep up the great work!
